Last night we got together for a relaxed feedback session over some much-needed pizza to chat about the highs, the lows, and everything in between from our first ever Community Pride Fringe of 2025.

Getting feedback from everyone involved is super important – it helps us see what worked, what didn’t, and how we can make next year even better. It’s the chance for stakeholders, participants, and community partners to tell us their honest thoughts so we can learn, improve, and plan something even bigger and better for 2026.

At the session, we focused on four key questions:

  1. What could be improved/feedback from Community Pride Fringe 2025?

  2. What went well for Community Pride Fringe 2025?

  3. What are your ideas for Wakefield Community Pride 2026?

  4. How could your organisation work with LonGBoaT Wakefield to make Wakefield Community Pride 2026 a success?

The discussion was full of brilliant ideas, honest reflections, and plenty of laughter (pizza always helps). Hearing from the people who were there and who work alongside us gives us the insight we need to make next year’s Community Pride even more amazing.

Have your say - It not too late
