A Look Back at Our Groundwork Horticulture Sessions

Over the past six months, our collaboration with Groundwork Yorkshire has brought energy, learning and a lot of muddy boots to Wakefield Kirkgate.

We wanted to share a snapshot of what’s been happening, so below you’ll find a gallery of images capturing the progress, teamwork and hands-on learning from our recent horticulture sessions.

These sessions have been about much more than gardening. They’ve created a welcoming outdoor space where people can connect, build confidence and learn practical skills together. For many LGBT+ people, having access to inclusive community activities like this makes a real difference, especially in public spaces that haven’t always felt open or representative.
