Resources & Further Information
Our External Resources page provides links to charities, organisations, and businesses across the Wakefield District, West Yorkshire, and nationally, offering additional support and services for the LGBT+ community. This is a work in progress, and we will continue to update it as we network with more organisations and expand our connections.

By working together, we can create lasting change, ensuring that our services are accessible, sustainable, and impactful. Our partnerships allow us to extend our reach, share knowledge, and provide a wider range of support for those who need it most.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to every organisation and business that has contributed to our mission. Your support helps us continue our work in building a stronger, more inclusive Wakefield for all.

Our House
Our House Wakefield is a safe, sober, and supportive space created by and for LGBTQ+ people in the heart of Wakefield. Whether you need a friendly chat, a listening ear, or just a place to feel at ease, we’re here for you.
Their LGBTQ+ café and shop is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am–4 pm, offering a judgement-free zone to connect, enjoy great food and drink, and find community. We also host inclusive events every month, including peer support groups, queer socials, and skills workshops to bring people together and provide resources for those in need.
